Agree that having FAL helps me rest easy, feels like I’d scrape everything without it. Love the extended gas tank. Full leather is a must for me but not for everyone.

I like the sport buckets, but if you haven't sat in them or any other of the seat options, I'd probably check them out first with your S/O or any other passenger. They take some getting used to.
Extended tank would be recommended, as are the PCCB's and FAL.

I got my 15 GT3 last November. The options I wanted was FAL, Iron brakes, 18 way seats, Premium Sound, and Sports Chrono. I tried the bucket seat and did not like it. I can't afford the replacement of ceramic rotors, so I went for Iron. I drive the car to work a couple of days a week, so I want to have decent sound system. I need the FAL to get out of my drive way and the speed bumps in the neighborhood. Sports Chrono is the only thing that I realized that I don't need. But it is cheap enough option to have and it looks cool with the stop watch on the dash. I care about the resale somewhat, but I am not going to find a car that I feel uncomfortable driving just so it can have good resale. So, just think about your personal preference and get what you want.

I can’t think of one option that everyone universally agrees should or should not be included. Even the sport chrono, which takes a lot of heat around here, is ordered something like 80% of the time. Hard to make a mistake on these cars.

Everyone's needs is different. I have a super stripper with no extended range tank. If I were ordering one new, I would get extended range tank and PCCB's, nothing else.

My first 15 GT3 was a stripper. Only options were fire extinguisher and red gauges. My second was loaded and I didnt particularly care about any of the options. My 18 991.2 is again a stripper with the only options Lava Orange paint Satin Black wheels. Go for a stripper. Nobody will give you anywhere near what you have in a loaded car. If you don't care about resale then put whatever you want on your list of must have options. Buckets and FAL seem to be popular wanted options.

Non-Leather wheel/PDK ****, FAL, Buckets, Extended Range Tank, Sound Package Plus, and LEDs were a must. If it's a daily driver, I would look for 4 way or 18 way heated seats instead of the Buckets.

FAL is probably my most used option on the GT3 since I have a steep incline getting into my driveway, but it depends on where you drive and you might be able to get away without it. Everything else is really up to personal preference.
