60k below market GT3?

Are .2 GT3 prices finally cooling off?

What are your thoughts on this GT3 for 165K?

It’s a very early PDK stripper for over MSRP so not a deal.

So its a low ADM stripped down GT3?

What crucial options is it missing?

None. It’s a near perfect build IMHO, but if it were a 190k build or even a $170k build, the price would be good. Some people would want leather and PCCB.

stripper = low option build.

I have been seeing dealers on here offering new .2 GT3's at MSRP. So that seems fair or maybe even a bit high considering the build as it was mentioned.

How did you come to the conclusion that this is "60k below market"?

What I found helpful to narrow the search is to list my must have options and condition. Setting a budget as well is important. For example, if PCCB and light weight bucket seats are critical, it will narrow your search. Do you want full leather? Obviously, everyone is different and have different needs and desires and thus you have Porsche that allow unlimited customization. Strictly looking at is this a good deal type question, you should be able to negotiate below MSRP on most cars that are not paint to sample, even the cars with low mileage. If you want Mexico Blue w/ manual, probably going to pay a premium. Do you want CPO, manual or PDK? Does prior use matter to you?

How is market for these over MRSP used? Take a mosey on to the classifieds and see what GT3's are going for - there have been several sitting BELOW msrp without selling.

Apparently the website in the first post shows it $60k below market.

How so? It is a second month build 9/17 and it is a stripper — no leather, no PCCB etc. maybe not a complete $14Xk MSRP stripper (which is awesome as I love strippers, green or black), but when looking at price you have to factor in MSRP. It would be a good car I am sure, just not a good price.

Plenty of options. Lwb, for example. And lots of others. Hardly a stripper. Lots of people don’t want pccb anyway. Essentially you’re saying if it doesn’t have pccb it’s a stripper and should have a low price. And what does the “early” part have to do with value. Ridiculous all of it.

Generally, the market agrees with him...
