Anyone at Sebring this Sunday with Chin?

I'm curious:. how do the private track days work, besides renting the track? (By private, I mean non-club rental; non-PCA, non-PBOC, non-Chin, etc) How is liability accounted for? Are waivers usually signed? Are cars inspected prior to the event? It seems like you would have to have a bunch of trusting and trustworthy individuals, and that a lawsuit would always be possible...
Private Track Events works just like any other track day...waivers signed...you can buy track day insurance from a provider, track day is like another with corner workers, ambulance safety officials and so forth. cool thing is it is open track...no run groups. Point by with blinker (after, keeps both hands on the steering wheel at high speeds!)
Usually about 30 or so guys that are vetted advanced solo guys...no drama...slightly more expensive...
We run WINDOWS UP (for safety)...blinkers for passing ( safer as this keeps both hands on the steering wheel and blinkers easier to see that some tiny finger pointing out a side window) don't let other organizations tell you that tracks like Sebing, Road Atlanta, Daytona, Barber, Homestead do not allow windows up ....because they do....plenty of other events are run at these tracks with windows up...I have personally attended events were windows up are allowed and most times mandatory for safety.

They let us have the option this weekend. Believe it or not, most opted for windows down...
