ITB retrofit on 991 GT3s?

^ More good questions. Looks like I am going to be able to look for the answers to many of them and report back in real time, but…

Just got a note that says driving impressions are embargoed until May 14 @ 3:01pm PST.

All right, so just printed out all of the questions to date and will take with me...

I wish you all a great weekend!

At least you don't have to get up at the crack this time Pete. Can't wait to read your impressions, loving the RA thread.

Pete, will you ask if the Speedster will have the option of an extended range fuel tank (like the GT3/RS models)?

Thank you, and enjoy the trip.

Yes, the 90l extended range rank is available as an option for the speedster (at least in Europe) so I’d also expect the same for other LHD markets.

Pete,

Thank you, if you have the opportunity to inquire about a GT3 Cabriolet, any information would be appreciated.

Pete, My 991 C2S Cab has some flex in it, please report back on how stiff the car is. ITB improvement is over rated IMO, as other than in back to back drive comparisons, none of us will ever be able to tell the difference.

Without having tried the new engine with ITB's, how can you make that claim? My experience with ITB's on older 911's has been very impressive (easy to hear and feel the difference).

I'm trying to say if not back to back driving and comparing both cars, most of us won't be able to tell the difference. Just like having a tune that adds 20HP, I sure can't tell the difference for sure.

ITB’s don’t just make more power (550hp in GT3R), but they have sharper throttle response and better intake sound. I think it would be prudent to experience those things before concluding that they aren’t (easily) noticeable...

What colors are available with the regular and heritage speedy? Thanks.

Today, a German Porsche Fan „Pitcher“ spotted 4 Speedsters on Sardinia. Here is a shot he posted on pff.de:
