Jet Black Metallic GT3 Photos, Please!
Jet Black Metallic is a very beautiful and interesting polychromatic paint, ranging in color from a deep black to a dark blue/purple depending on lighting. If you've seen it live, you know it looks quite different from flat black. If you own a 991.1 or 991.2 GT3 in JBM or have seen one in the wild, please share your photos here! Especially interested in seeing 991.2 as only a very few have been shown off.

@Overdraft and GT3T - Beautiful Tourings, thanks for posting. GT3T, you can really see the blue/purple in that last photo you posted.
I know there aren't many JBM GT3s out there but I hope more folks will post here over time.

I may try to wash mine tomorrow and take some better photos. Unfortunately I only have like three photos of this thing. My .1gts was whatever the standard black was so I decided to switch it up without even knowing what JBM looked like and I was surprised to see how blue it looks in the sun. Sorry for such crap quality.

Just wanted to share pics of a CGT I rode in during Smokies this weekend which was painted jet black.. with matching wheels, and was one of the most beautiful objects I've ever laid eyes on.
Edit: it turns out the color was straight black, regifting incorrect info. Still such a beautiful car I'm leaving the post up without deleting, Hope that's ok.

The metal flake is more pronounced in direct sunlight. Blue hue? Not so much. I guess it's all relative...I've had a couple of Carbon Black Metallic BMWs and they definitely look like a dark blue vs. black in direct sunlight.

Thank you for posting, fellas. Some beautiful JBM GT3s! Thanks, CAlexio, for reposting the CGT photos -- awesome car.
Yes indeed. I think jet black metallic should have been called cobalt black metallic, as the color can look blue or purple depending on the light and time of day.
