Default "Oil maintenance now" indicator?

Apologies for the noob question, but my GT3 is only has 1500 miles on the odo and this message pops up in the multifunction display on start-up. What is the car trying to tell me? I looked through the manual but couldn't find the answer.

Thanks in advance!

Oil change every year or 12k miles. You just hit your 1 year service.

Man, I feel silly. Forgot about the 12 month interval recommendation. Thanks!

That got me too at the one year mark. I knew I wasn’t going to make it to the dealer for a month or so, and I had already done an oil change myself a few months before - so I reset/cleared it to stop the warning. YouTube video I believe.
