East Coast Move to FL any Advice

I prefer the west coast of Florida...Tampa area...plus Sebring is only 90 or so miles away!

I have considered the west coast between Tampa and Sarasota. But, one of my big loves in addition to cars/racing is boating and the islands. East coast is more convenient for Bahamas, else west coast of FL would be a major consideration.
