Rear facing child seat
https://www.cdc.gov/features/passengersafety/index.html
"Use a rear-facing car seat from birth until ages 2–4. For the best possible protection, infants and toddlers should be buckled in a rear-facing car seat, in the back seat, until they reach the maximum weight and/or height limits of their car seat."

yup this has been thrashed out ad nauseum on the other thread, but I haven't heard yet any factual evidence why:
1) bucket seats are somehow inherently more dangerous than regular seats, and
2) that the air bags somehow aren't disabled on the GT cars even though the light says they are and by law they have to deactivate to be able to sell the car in the first place

2) I can confirm the air bag disabled light is on while my 30lb child is in the car
