2018 F150 Lariat 4x4 SuperCrew 6.5' box - business writeoff. Have bigger trucks as well if required.
2018 GT3 Touring - Fun
2004 GT3 - Track
2003 BMW 540i Sedan - will be replaced once I order a 2020 E63S Wagon in the fall for spring 2020 delivery
2015 Subaru Outback 3.6 Ltd - Wife She loves it, is a hoot in the snow with Nokian winters and with 2 little kids beating the **** out of it a great car.
Thinking of a 2 door Jeep Wrangler Rubicon for fun to go fishing or perhaps new Bronco
A Carrera GT is something I'd like. 458 Speciale as well. See how well business does ...

Raptor (my DD ... travel baseball coach vehicle and mountain bike transportation)
Macan GTS (mom's DD... baseball mom vehicle lol)
GT3 Touring (mountain cruises, maybe a track day or two per year)
964 (more modded/personalized... more of a driver / country and mountain)
Lower mileage 964 (less of a driver, more of a hold investment)
VW Jetta (17 year old daughter car)

991.2 GT3 for track days and backroad fun. Sometimes I use it to take the wife to dinner.
Macan GTS is my DD. I don't care for SUVs but I think it's a bad suv, more rear biased tall golfR. I like that. Then I lowered it. I like it even more.
Mk7 GTI is my car I use in front of clients or when I need to drive into Detroit. Low key and fun.
I see an RS6, E63s, or Panamera GTS estate in my future. Maybe even a Taycan if they offer it as an estate.

Easy for me - only really NEED two:
1 - Range SVR is perfect for date night / bad weather / long trips / hauling stuff
2 - .dot2 GT3RS for everything else - including track
optional 3rd in garage - don't drive much
997.2 GT3RS for fun -
considering adding a 911 GTS to play with as warm weather daily driver

Building a dream garage with just one Porsche ain't easy, but here's my stab:
Daily: Wrangler w/MT
Exotic: Carrera GT (V10)
Weekend/track: Ruf CTR
Vintage: VW-Porsche 914 with a six
City/town car: Fiat 500 Abarth
Daily: Fiat 500 Abarth
Weekend/track: 997 RS 4.0
Exotic: 550 Maranello
Vintage: VW-Porsche 914 with a six (or Alfaholics Giulia GT if CJ is gonna make me follow the rules)
People mover: E63 wagon

Categories to consider:
Inclement Weather/ Tow Vehicle/ Family Vehicle: Range Rover, F-series, Chevy, Dodge, Cayenne, Macan, G-series MB, X5-X7 BMW, q8, etc
Significant other friendly Datenight or Roadtrip vehicle: 911 variant, Ferrari, Maserati, Aston, M car, etc
Hooligan/Track/Canyon vehicle: GT3, GT2, 458 speciale, Performante, 675LT, 600LT, Aventador variant, 488, boxster spyder, GT4 Clubsport, GT3 cup, 570 GT4, Viper etc
Hypercar: which brand would you feel best about consolidating a collection and owning- McLaren, Bugatti, Koenigsegg, 918, CGT, Enzo, LaF, etc (can include future cars)
Vintage Vehicle: 356, 912, 911, Jaguar e type, ferrari older than 1993, Maserati, Aston Martin, Stingray, Muscle Car/Hot Rods, etc
Sedan: Jaguar, Tesla, Panamera Variant, Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus

YOU CAN ONLY PICK ONE PORSCHE SLOT!

Inclement Weather/ Tow Vehicle/ Family Vehicle: Range Rover Sport diesel
Significant other friendly Datenight or Roadtrip vehicle: Datenight - Uber Black; Roadtrip - the dogs usually roll with, see above
Hooligan/Track/Canyon vehicle: 993 hot rod; LP550-2 MT
Hypercar: N/A
Vintage Vehicle: Mercedes 280SL
Sedan: Mercedes E320 diesel
City Vehicle: N/A (though currently electric car shopping)
Had I received a 911R or GT3 Touring allocation at MSRP, it would have replaced one or both of the 'Hooligan/Track/Canyon' vehicles. We'll see what the 992 brings...

GMC Sierra 2500 Diesel w/allison trans
958.2 Cayenne Turbo S
991.2 GT3 Manual (Winged)
P1 (I haven't even driven one of these but truly the best youtube videos on boost are from this car, non modified of course)
Vintage : haven't driven enough to really know. but my buddies 89 carrera is cool so maybe a Carrera RS.
F10 M5 in Manual or Rolls Phantom
E-Golf or before dieselgate happened, it would have been a Manual Golf Diesel.
You said only (1) porsche slot but I've driven everything (normal) and i only truly drive GMC's and Porsches now. I still love M3/M5's too, but can't find a reason to buy another m5 with my cayenne turbo S.
Have to put in one more category thoug:. Japanese in which mine would be either a 93 skyline v spec or a evo iii.
Lottery dream garage Pick (3) would be a super cool thread.

Part of my current Stable:
Inclement Weather/ Tow Vehicle/ Family Vehicle: Cayenne Turbo (the 4.8, not the new Audi engine stuff). I'm on my 3rd Cayenne Turbo. There is nothing better, and test drove the Urus and Bentayga.
Significant other friendly Datenight or Roadtrip vehicle: Audi RS7, and have tested too many possible replacements (mine is a 2015) and will get another one soon.
Hooligan/Track/Canyon vehicle: 991.2 GT3 RS
Hypercar: Don't have one yet: F40, the one.
Vintage Vehicle: Don't have one yet, but an Aston DB5 without any doubt.
Sedan: Audi RS7
City Vehicle: I use a 991 Turbo S for daily things, and all my trips around the city, I park carefully. I'm looking for a replacement: F12, 488, 458, 720S, 570S, something different, but this change would force me to get a city vehicle, and that's a 2018 Civic Type R without questions.
