Wifi network in Touring with no PCM

So I have a Touring with radio-delete. Today I noticed a wifi network “MyPorsche_xxxxxxx” which I assume can be used for the hotspot functionality in cars with PCM. I was surprised that it even exists in my car. Any idea of what use it is?
