Default Custom wheels for my GT3 Touring!

The moment I saw the 991 Speedster concept car and its Sport Classic/Fuchs-ish centerlock wheels, I contacted Augment Wheel Company to get a set made. I love the tie-in with the 50th Anniversary 991.1 as well.

Specs are 8.5 x 20 ET 47 fronts and 11 x 20 ET 35 rears. They're narrower than the standard 9/12 setup for the GT3 from factory with offsets that bring them more flush with the fenders. I wanted to be able to mount something besides the wider-than-standard N1 spec Cup 2s in 245/305 widths without stretching the tire. These currently have Bridgestone RE980AS all-seasons on them and they fit pretty well.

Still holding on to the factory wheels for track days though

They did a write-up on their website — https://www.augmentwheels.com/blogs/...s/stunning-gt3

I didn't take any measurements but they're heavier than the factory wheels. Not a lot heavier but more than just a bit heavier it felt like.

Looks great. I had 50th anny wheels on my Targa4S and loved them. Have been debating several retro options for my GT3T. What are the cost on these?

I see. Stock are supposed to be 24 lbs fronts and 27 lbs in the rear. I wonder the weight of the new Speedster wheels. Really like the design of yours. Congrats.

According to their website, $1299 CAD per 20" wheel. With today's exchange rate that's $974.25 per wheel!
