I had the 4S's installed and ready for an epic road trip. More on that later. My Cup2's are barely used, no track time, no damage of any kind, almost full original tread depth available for sale in the Houston area. If you need them make me a reasonable offer. Looking forward to the drive - Houston to the Campbell River in British Columbia Canada. Thanks for all the feedback

Shouldn't hurt anything running non-N tires, but N's have been further optimized for Porsche rims and specs.

It doesnt matter. Only would be important if diameter was different by > 1/4 inch on awd car.

Keep us updated with the trip. Planning my own road trip from LA to Banff Alberta then Victoria and back through some fun places in July/August. Noticed you mentioned Campbell River on Vancouver Island, Victoria and other areas thereabouts will be my final destination too before heading back
Oh man. That drive from Banff to Lake Louise to Jasper is epic. Did it in a convertible Ford Mustang years ago in June. The melt was on, the rivers were roaring, bear out and about - just spectacular. Prettiest lake ever though was Moraine Lake. Don't miss it. Make sure you hike to the tea house at Louise too. Other worldly. Jealous you are driving it in a GT3. My wife loves to fish so we are salmon fishing up there at the Campbell River.

Your wife looks like she is having a blast, I won't have time on this road trip but my next time up to Canada I do plan on more outdoors stuff like hiking and fishing as well. Glad you guys will get that opportunity!
Oh and God willing I will be doing the drive with my old man in the new 488

Ok so I'm headed out on the this many thousands of miles road trip soon and I have a bit of center lock anxiety. Our GT3's obviously don't come with a jack etc. So just in case I am packing at can of moly, a center lock wheel alignment tool and a puncture repair kit. I also have a Precision Instruments torque wrench that will get me to the 475 lb (or so) center lock torque and enable removal. Now you say, why? If you get a flat in the middle of nowhere you can't get get the wheel off. No way to get it in the air (cannot remove center locks on the ground) etc etc. Well I figure if I have a flat I can get a flatbled to a shop with a lift, then I will at least have the right tools and not get stopped by lack of 3/4" torque wrench (with 500 lb minimum) or correct wheel hub moly. Also if I can get at a nail I can maybe plug it assuming in the front because I can turn the wheel out. That I have done and can do. Perhaps over thinking this. Thoughts welcome. Yes I know about Porsche Connect etc. but that could take way too long as we are taking the path less traveled scenic rout all the way.

TexasPorscheLover... center lock wheel nut torque is 444 ft lb not 475.
reapply the Castrol Optimoly on the center lock but race surface and the threads... lift car off ground, use a person or tool to apply brake, torque nut to 444ft lbs back off nut 90 degrees and retorque to 444ft lbs.
