Does getting screwed on your RS allocation count?

Put 4K miles on it, felt like market was turning this winter, found a buyer who loved my pts and paid over msrp for it, so it made sense. will either get a stripper again when market falls (happening now just 2 months later) or a possible speedster allocation if it comes through. I'm not attached to objects, enjoy using and trying new. Used the winter time to focus on finishing my bike project and taking it to shows during free time. Name: photo119.jpg

Go!
ran out of money

make sure you really want 993TT.
I have had every variant of 993 inc TTS. driven 993GT2 and 993RSCS
other than 993GT2 and 993RSCS, the 991.2gt3 is better in every aspect.
aesthetic is a personal thing so no comment there.
and if you need rear seats so your kids can enjoy the car with your that that is a uber Good reason for 993

Similar story here, dates and mileage a little different

Agree 993TT is nowhere near as good as the 991.2 GT3, but it ticks all my boxes for my next car:

back seats
manual
fast(ish)
sounds great
smells great
not something you really ever see in Mississippi

I’ve had my GT3 for about 10 months now. It’s been in lockdown during the winter. I’m looking forward to getting out and driving. I don’t see myself selling it unless I get an RS allocation down the road or I decide to get something older. I’m not interested in Ferrari, McLaren etc.

I haven't had my GT3 long but there was an opportunity in the bay area. I was very close to listing for sale just to afford a home out there lol. I own my modest condo outright here in Michigan but it's not worth much of anything lol. Between selling that and the GT3 I would have almost a 20% down payment on a comparable place lol

Still have mine. But it's now for sale because I have a 3RS on the way. I've contemplated keeping both. But I can't justify having two "just for fun" cars.

I've sold all my GT3's and RS's to get a newer or upgraded car...997.1 for a 997RS, 997RS for CGT, 997.2 for 4.0RS, bought 991RS, 991RS for a PTS car, sold that for 991R, sold that to buy GT2RS, etc

Sold my 2015 GT3 due to engine concerns (and prior to the 10 year warranty offer). I’m happier with my 991.2 Touring with a manual.
