No way they get over $200k for it in this market....plenty of PTS cars below $200k. Didn't a Mexico Blue one with delivery miles sell for $180k recently?

Everything is MSRP today that is still new or slightly used with some special options

The boat has sailed on ADMs.

This has nothing to do with the economy but over supply of GT3/4/RS market

Simple. Everything that should come standard in 100k+ automobile is a high priced "option" in Porsche land.

Some might see PTS/CXX and knee jerk rarity/investment material, but it's a bit of an odd combo/execution for me. All it takes is one buyer though

That may be, but when I sold my PTS GT4, the first thing potential collector buyers asked was why the build was missing PCCBs. Unfortunately, I had no good answer for them as I was already regretting not speccing them myself.

Stopped in at Princeton Porsche a month ago. There was over ten GT cars in showroom. Some "sold" and there were at least 3 "used" 2018 GT3s all of which had a large ADM charge. GR manual was like $30K over. All still for sale today.
Stopped in to a local pre-owned shop on the weekend and was pitched a delivery mile 18 GT3 manual for a similar big asking price over MSRP. 'Hard to get, manual blah blah.'
Lots of supply.

PTS maybe? If not, its a dealership markup or the price is just mislabeled (however, I HIGHLY doubt it would be mislabeled).

True,
and the numbers still keep accumulating. I would hate to be a GT2 RS owner that paid huge ADM thinking it was a limited run.
