For mainly road use, I would probably tend towards the 570. However, I know several that have owned them and have given up due to the quality issues. For that reason, based on your intended use, I would personally sooner look at a 991GTS or even a 991T with a good tune than a GT3. These 3.0 lumps can easily run 500hp and are both fun and reliable. On regular roads with bumps and worn out surfaces, a GT3 isn’t really in its element.

570S is far and away the better street car. More comfortable, quieter inside when you want it to be quite, better ride. They also have a seat sim to the CF buckets in the GT3, but fully adjustable and heated if you care to use it. Frunk is just as usable as GT3, but no glove box. The .1 and .2 GT3s can be a bit tiring on longer drives because of so much mechanical noise entering the cabin. And I never get tired of looking at the 570S in my garage. Power delivery is nothing short of astonishing. The first time you mash the loud pedal in Dynamic mode will blow your mind and 8500 redline will make some noise too. Just a slight lag and then the power comes on and keeps pulling so hard you think it is not going to stop accelerating. Funky electronics and the big center screen is polarized in a bad way. Looks fine until you put polarized sunglasses on and then you need to turn your head sideways to view it. PITA when using Nav. And they only depreciate if you trade or sell them. Plan on keeping mine. No way am I down on the GT3s, see my sig. Just got to 250 miles on the odo yesterday driving Miami Blue. Need to break it in and yesterday was the first day good enough since last year, little sand left on the roads and no salt after a few days of rain. GT3 4.0 is big improvement in low end TQ over over the 3.8. As I left the dealer taking it home I spun the rear tires with little throttle input and not much sound either. The GT3 6 speed is fun too and rowing my own gears just adds to the experience.

Found out I don’t fit in McLaren...too tall...if I lose my other leg I’d be height adjustable though... ;-)
I fit great in my GT3...love it...track it no issues...Porsche wins Sebring, I drive Porsche!!!

These are exactly the opinions I was hoping for, thanks to each of you!
And please keep the info coming! I have driven the 570, but it wasn’t mine and I didn’t want to start throwing someone else’s car around. Even so, I was impressed...the steering and ride compliance were surprising, I must say. And the forward sight lines are *right there*, so different than my Z06 and Viper. I love all the different characteristics and implementations that both the GT3 and 570 have, compared to my domestics.
