It blows my mind the people who buy these cars spend 10k a year or more on vacations, 50k on kids schools, 30k on absolute bull****, unnecessary clothes, cosmetic procedures, concerts, events, anything and everything you can imagine, but still worry about losing 20k on a amazing car they get to enjoy for a few years. i just dont get it

If I could push a button that caused all GT cars depreciate 50% overnight and clense us of all the speculators I would do it. I would also go buy my 997.1 back and have two GT3s.

Isn't that what supports the market? If everyone only bought what they could comfortably afford, how fun would life be? What would bankruptcy attorney do? VC firms?
Anyway, wholesalers are buying .1 GT3 RS's for 160-165. Just had a chat with a guy who buys and sells cars for a living while he was at Amelia Island last week. So overtime, the .2 will sell for a premium but who knows how much.
For some folks the chase is the half or more than half the fun. For some it's cleaning the damn thing.
