How come this R did not sell?
284k with a 223k MSRP and 245 miles?
Because of no buckets?
Saw the car in person and it looks pristine.

I dislike the stripes too.
Car has single mass flywheel.
Came with dual mass but now the dealership bought a single mass flywheel.
so actually comes with single and dual.

Hmm - that does seem odd that it has not sold, given the seeming R mania. The stripes are weird but can be easily removed without harming the paint. Are buckets that much of a deal-breaker? I wonder if swapping the dual mass flywheel for the single mass flywheel voided the warranty? Doubtful but just a thought (although I did not see any mention of a warranty in the write-up). There is a GT3 Touring available in Fresno (white with buckets and steel brakes) for about $160 plus a $10k ADM. New GT3T with buckets for $170 or lightly used R with sofas for $284k? Hmmmm....

Depends on the buyer. Since it's a low mileage cars, I'm assuming collectors will be the ones who are interested. If it's collector who's buying a 911R, then having the SMFW and buckets on the original build of the car is a MUST. Yes, SMFW can be retrofitted at the dealer level, but not having it on the original build specification will hurt its value in the long term in the eyes of collectors. You can also retrofit bucket seats, but it cost around 20-25k to buy it from your local parts department brand new
