Need to make the GT3 RS in manual Then I prob get one haha. Otherwise keeping my GT3 for awhile. Be nice for a manual SUV. That could be fun. Kinda off topic. Just random thought

x2. High revving NA cars is what moves me. 3 Integra Type R’s, 3 e46 m3’s, an NSX and E92 M3 in my history. The progression is nearly cliche in nature

I briefly had an f80 m3 car and quickly decided turbos were not for me. Never again.

I suppose I could have went back a few years to normal 911’s without snails; but let’s face it, this is the car many of us spent years lusting over, why take half measures?

That's what happened to me. I didn't think I'd get an RS, but one became available so I had to let my GT3 go with low miles. I wouldn't have bought the GT3 in the first place if I knew I could get an RS.

Same thing with me. Figured no way to get a 3RS since I was a fairly new customer with no buying history. So bought a GT3 dealer had available (not exactly what I wanted but pretty close). Then got a call from a different dealer 2 weeks later telling me "congratulations, you got a GT3RS build spot!".

So in actuality NOT everyone is a "Flipper." It is just happenstance that you opted to get a GT3 thinking no chance for GT3RS, then it happened. Now the problem is the misconception you are flippers just because you have low miles and short term ownership of your GT3. Sometimes the crowd here can get rough.

Drive safe,

I think the lesson is (and I like to think this was Porsche's intent in addition to making money hand-over-fist) buy one that fits your budget. Don't worry about depreciation... it is what it is. Drive the snot out of it.

Car I tried to buy 3 months ago on RL still for sale- 178 msrp- wanted 183 and I offered 175 now asking 179- someone says wonder why it has not sold- it is all about catching a falling knife. Car is over a year old and not cpo. Seller is a VIP so doing you a favor selling you car.
I thought cars depreciated never mind there are 170 for sale.

Not a car Guy. If you have to hang on for that little don't get in the game. I would have sold to you months ago and moved on. Sometimes people don't think, cant change stupid.
