Anyway, what I meant is that Porsche will fill all the pent up demand for N/A before going EV. There will be so many variations of the N/A that the reason for flippers trying to flip the GT3 touring won't exist

its funny because i get the sense that the performance of non GT porsches have improved while the equivalent bmws have gone the exact opposite direction. my last car before my 15 GTS was the mighty e92 m3. loved it loved loved it. but i wouldnt have dreamed of a regular e9x. same goes for this new crop.

I haven't driven the manual myself, but a friend of mine bought a manual GT3 and sold it quickly because he didn't like the feel of the manual. That's just one data point, but I've heard others say the same. On the other hand there are people that absolutely swear by the manual and wouldn't have the car any other way. I recommend trying both before you make up your mind, if you can.

There are 3073 991.2 GT3 in US and Canada. So ~6% for sale. Not a ton, but if you make offers you will get one. For example, Frenso has a PTS wing manual at sticker with PPF and 1400 miles. It was for sale at over for months. That it is polar Silver probably is not helping. Great color but it’s silver and there are two $700 silver colors in the normal pallet.
I am glad the flippers are not making much money, but turbo depreciation it is not.

More than content with my '15 GTS. Last year I picked up a used E92 M3 and DD-ing an E90 328xi going on 9 years, NA in-line 6 with a hydraulic steering rack that puts the 911 to shame!
I'm glad the flippers get a flip! I hope they lose money...these cars are meant to be driven.
