GT3 RESALE
It appears the only cars selling are the ones in the 160s- many of the cars for sale by dealers or individuals are over a year old with very low miles and are loaded MSRP cars asking over list.

you are seeing high MSRP cars have a hard time pulling high dollars
options dont pay back, they make you feel good
A car with $12K in paint drives just like the black one.....the paint just makes you feel good.
I still believe cars will hold close to BASE MSRP or 10K over BASE MSRP
paying RS money for a GT3 is silly.....a good RS is $195K...with ADM $205-210
ill take a RS over a skittles bag colored GT3 any day

Been tracking GT3 prices myself on eBay, and the prices are down a bit for ‘18s. The PTS are still selling for high 180s-190s. More reasonably priced ones are in the mid to high 160s.

PTS is a 12k option and so very personal- The options on a P car used to go out the window 1st year of ownership except to make it more desirable to next owner - I agree re holding at msrp or near but 10-20k over highy optioned cars is ridiculous.

Dealer has sold my former GT3 991.2 twice now for in the $170s, listing it at $ 183 both times - September 2018/February 2019.......$161 MSRP - white/LWB/Steel brakes/PDK..........806 miles when I first sold it and 2100 miles now......
Seems to support comments above on lower MSRP cars........
