Nice... thanks for scouting it out. How was the road condition with regards to gravel and dirt/rocks? I would imagine all that rain should have washed everything to the sides of the road
It’s tough to get a clean run at the time we are going , always some slow vehicle ruins it. Let’s hope no rain and less traffic. I have been going early 5.30 to 6.30 for this reason. The best roads are further away ( Glendora mountain, La Crest , Sunrise Hwy in San Diego etc ). Hopefully next time we can do the other roads.

The part of the road I drove on was pretty clean without any dirt, rocks or gravel. I did not get to where the road narrows into the twisties, closer to Lake Elsinore. That area may have more run off.
There is more rain coming in the next few days, but I think the debris should get cleared by Sunday.

For San Diego drivers, Silvertige recommends Carlsbad Outlets. The Chevron station right next to it is pretty big and we can fill up. 850 Palomar Airport Rd, Carlsbad, CA 92008
