Modified .1 and stock .2? 10.8 is quite fast stock.

I think removing the rear wing might make a significant improvement ...

Not much modding that can be done to significantly increase power...
These things are just plain fast out and there's just not that much difference between .1 and .2 in a 1/4 mile run.

sorry but neither is a 10.8 car out of the box. even magazines - which themselves are always optimistic - have struggled to break 11.

Both cars have been tuned and prepped by Hydra Motor Works in FL. Honestly though, a tune on an n/a 4.0 would net a pretty small hp/tq increase which makes a 10.8 pretty impressive(especially for a car that was not designed for the dragstrip). For perspective, DragTimes just reviewed a new Aventador SVJ and it ran a 10.8(V-Box time), although that was on the street with arguably less traction.

Yes, both of these cars are sporting our software. Our software combined with a set of long tube headers and side muffler bypass pipes actually pick up a significant amount of power in the midrange, especially for an NA car - we've seen around 50-55whp gains.
These particular 3RS' are rocking a set of Dundon headers and both of these owners are members of the road course next door and have prepped their cars accordingly. The road course side is hosting a private drag strip night once a month for their members to try out something new.
Side note: both of these cars eventually went 10.7 later in the night but were not able to grab a video of it...

Stopped by Hydra a few weeks ago in my .2RS to ask about a possible ECU tune for a Carrera T. These guys were highly highly knowledgable and it just seemed like a great group of car guys hanging out. When I get the T will def be using them for tune and exhaust!!
