991.2 GT3RS No PTS without WP
Apologies if old news.. been gone from rennlist for about a year, searched the first 4-5 pages and didn't find anything related to this.
I got a PTS allocation last week here in Europe, but according to the dealer no PTS if no WP. Not really liking the looks of the exposed carbon, but I guess there is no other solution unless dropping PTS.
Anyone else with similar news?

You can't get 909WP with the painted hood in Europe? That would just leave the roof and wing as exposed carbon, which seems like a good compromise. I'm not a big fan of exposed carbon hoods either, but the other exposed carbon on my 909WP car I'm happy with.

I feel like a lot of people search for these special allocations super late in the build cycle. If you want just a standard .2RS, you gotta be years ahead of the game. For my 991.2 GT3 allocation, I had my name on a list for 2 years (and it is not a PTS allocation). However, if you are willing to pay a ton over MSRP, then my argument is pointless; lol.

Spoke to a dealer recently and he was pretty confident of PTS in the second EU batch. Same guy confirmed no way from day 1 for the first batch. No mention of a WP requirement though.
