They'll adjust production accordingly. Even heroin producers stockpile opium to keep the prices up...

One of the Elliott Wave market analysts is saying a major correction to end the multi-generational bull run is due at about that time. The prediction assumes that the current expansion began with the end of the Great Depression and U.S. entry into WW2. By about 2022 or so, according to this analyst, a major A-B-C market correction lasting years is due, to exceed the Great Depression in length and severity of impact to the U.S. stock market. It's one school of thought with a rigorous methodology, at least. Your mileage may vary.

There are economists calling for a recession virtually every year that we aren’t in a recession. All depends on who you want to listen to. The vast majority missed the big one in 2008/9. Fact is nobody knows and the ones who got it right got lucky.

Bingo. Got a great deal on an 09 C4S. There were a LOT of P-cars just sitting on dealer lots. They cut back production on 10's but that was a year late.

Although many don't necessarily like him, as Buffett said...."I'm betting on the American economy"

All I know is that stocks go up and down. When I was born the Dow was at 4300 - today 26,000 and the S&P 500 index was at about 100 and today 2,800.

money comes and goes....... just have to plan, invest, make good decisions, save if you don’t inherit anything...... I saved 55% of everything I cleared since I was 30 in order to retire last year at 63 in order to have enough to meet my expenses..... planning is the entire key to it so you can buy any car you want and not be driving a 450SL for the last 20-30 years of your life......
