Default RS side skirts on a GT3 - done!

After studying quite a number of pictures, I had a hunch that the RS side skirts would bolt onto our non-RS bodies with a bit of negotiation. With them being relatively cheap ($500 shipped from Suncoast) and the fact that I can probably sell them to a turbo owner if they didn't work out, I decided to experiment. Turns out they do fit with some convincing and they complete the car quite well in my opinion. I can follow this up with more details if there are interests. This mod probably isn't for you if you're a purist so please hold your comment. Also, if you're OCD, this probably won't work out for you either since the fitment isn't 100%. (Pardon the painter's tape - I was in the middle of getting the car ready for ceramic coating)

I'll try to get some more pics but I think those cover all the angles. The close-ups are to highlight the fitment issues. It's not 100% but still not too shabby... Here's what the 2 pieces look like next to each other

now would GT2RS skirts fit on a GT3RS .1 ? Thats a mod i would like to do personally.
Also GT2RS fender vents and GT2RS side air intake vents.

What are the fitment issues you have experienced? Hard to tell from photos.

Needed to trim a piece from the RS sides skirts and skip a few holes. Will send more info with pics later

if you look at some of the up close pics, those are the fitment issues. The curvature doesn’t match with the body line exactly so it’s a couple of mm off

.1RS side skirts are less aggressive than .2

+1 are the "fitment issues" merely cosmetic or are they "mechanical" - i.e you needed to either modify the part or the car to attach them?
