New GT2 RS ADM

Three Wheelin'
Just one dealership in Toronto had, 7 or more GT2"s.. when ordering my 3.RS. there were 4 GT2's there, .... that's a lot.. Porsche paid attention to the demand. Not even close to production vs.buyers anymore.
My 09. 997 GT2, 9 in Canada, thats 2 years of production. 30 in North America ..those days are gone, taking advantage of flipping and resale.

Actual point I reference. I listed my chalk gt2rs for sale on rennlist/car/autotrader/ebay last week.. Two types of buyers - individuals and dealers. Most individuals were clueless, offers from 30k under msrp - msrp.. Within a day multiple offers from Porsche dealerships from 35-40k over. Sold it with no hassle to a dealer.

4 sitting at various dealerships around here asking $50-$70 over.

Seems like your patience should pay off looking at listing prices of late dropping, best of luck in your search. Even at MSRP the price is quite high for a 911, since people bore in on the ADM aspect

A month ago I was offered a nice spec a $50K over by my dealer.
The ADM's are melting. Those holding out for $100K or more are dreaming at this point.
You can buy now for $25K over. By summer MSRP.
During summer, used below MSRP.
As someone said there are going to be a lot of "bag holders" who bought in at $100K to $150K over. Ouch.

Goodness for all buyers Porsche has made flipping a tad difficult by adding supply. Hope this will stop the treating a car like it’s some sort of financial instrument vs it’s only a car. Go drive and have fun.

Absolutely, PAG seemingly made a ton of .2 GT product. Every single Porsche dealership I've swung by seems to have 5-10 around. Either CPO, in PDI waiting to be delivered, or rotting on the lot with ADM. That leads me to believe the "bottleneck" are these dealers, not PAG production

Depends on the type of customer buying. Straight out purchase then lower ADM.
Buyer going through dealer may want to get rid of car or in sometimes cars(s) and only way to do that is to go through a dealer that is willing to trade. The trade in ADM's will be higher because the trade in buyer is limited in getting rid of cars that they don't want anymore.
