help with offer

looking at 2015 gt3 dealer car CPO'd hate the process but anyway looking for options on what discount from dealer ask to start bidding process MSRP was 163 , dealer asking 138 i'm thinking 133k

The price I would pay would depend on mileage, color, spec of car, if tracked or not, etc.
