Default Brake Pads crackline - cause for concern?

These are my Pagid RS29 that I took off to inspect. It has 8mm left but all of them have got cracks through them. One in particular is quite noticeable. Is this normal at 8mm thickness? Should I bin them?

Normal...good for a few more days...depends on the track and your driving style etc. I changed pads after 40% left...so heat would not transfer to caliper as easy. So run down to 2-3mm left though

I'd plan on new pads soon. Pagid loose their bite as well past 1/2

Thanks guys. I was concerned that the pads would fall apart. So if I change them at 6mm that should be safe?

I'd loose them. I have boxes of pads better than those. Maybe just me.
