As many regular visitors of the forum will have noticed, we have been steadily releasing new products, namely focussing on our Titanium Exhaust suite over the fast few months and as we're nearing completion of our offerings for the 991 GT3 based models I thought it would be sensible to create a thread where users can easily reference all of our different exhaust products with a brief description, images, key points and links to the main RL thread for that respective product and our own website.
We now have the most comprehensive suite of exhaust products available for the 991 GT3 based chassis and a big thanks goes out to all of the owners out there enjoying our products. Without your support it wouldn't have been possible to build such great products and offer such a large choice.

CENTRE BYPASS PRODUCTS
Each of the JCR Titanium Centre Bypass products are direct replacement for the OEM centre silencer and come supplied with all necessary mounting hardware and bespoke Titanium fixings available in a range of colours at no extra charge.
Each of our centre bypass products also allow for fitment of OEM exhaust tips and/or any exhaust tip utilising the OEM 3-bolt mounting flange including our one Titanium Bolt-On Tips.

Titanium Centre Bypass
Description
A direct replacement for the factory centre silencer maintaining the OEM diameter. Included in the design a tuned balance pipe to target prevention of drone and accentuate the more pleasant tones.
A direct replacement part for the OEM centre silencer. Featuring a smooth transition from the OEM exhaust diameter to match our Titanium Race Pipe 70mm O/D and featuring the exact same merge design to focus on that glorious RSR style tone.
Thinner gauge titanium for maximum weight saving, by far the lightest centre silencer replacement available today.
A direct replacement for the OEM centre silencer, this time featuring 2x small silencers in the valves closed position of the bypass to cut volume when valves are closed. When valves are open the gasses take the path of least resistance and the sound level is the same as the non silencer version. A great option for those who wish to have a larger delta between valves open / valves closed than offered with a more conventionally designed centre bypass product.
We offer two versions of our Titanium Side Silencer Bypass products, with and without valves. Again both products are direct replacement for the OEM side silencers and uniquely feature mounting hardware to mount securely to the original side silencer bracket unlikely any other side silencer bypass product.
Expect large weight savings from both products and also the option to swap and change easily the valved section for a non valved section (or vice versa) due to the integral v-band design.

Titanium Side Silencer Bypass
Description
A direct replacement for the factory side silencers retaining the OEM style twin entry into the centre silencer to help avoid any unwanted pressure waves which can be attributed to the cracking of the OEM titanium centre silencer.
Included in both of our side silencer bypass products are mounts which mate to the factory side silencer brackets to offer secure support the exhaust system. This bracket is exclusive to our design, not only providing proper support but also allowing for removal of the heavy OEM centre silencer support bracket when running with our Titanium Centre Bypass products, saving a further 1.67kg (3.58lbs) *optional.
The lightest side silencer bypass product available today, lighter than even single entry side silencer bypass products without support brackets.
A direct replacement for the OEM side silencers, as above. This time including a high quality titanium valve which allows owners to control exhaust volume through the factory cabin mounted PSE button.
A replacement manifold / header back exhaust system designed for fitment with OEM style exhaust manifolds / headers.
With this product we had free reign in our design and were able to use the available space to create a very unique looking product which not only loses a huge amount of weight but also produces a sound unlike any other aftermarket exhaust product available today.
Each Race Pipe is supplied with all necessary parts for easy install, including rubber mounts and brackets which fix to the factory side silencer bracket. Each Titanium Race Pipe directly replaces the factory side silencers and centre silencer.
We have retained the OEM style 3-bolt exhaust flange meaning you can retain OEM exhaust tips or install any exhaust tip featuring this same 3-bolt flange design, including our own range of Titanium Exhaust Tips.

Titanium Race Pipe
Description
Our first offering in the Race Pipe line is our non silenced version. The lightest and loudest featuring 70mm diameter pipe work and offering owners the opportunity to extract the best sound possible out of their 991 GT3 based model.
Huge weight savings, gains in HP and TQ along with a unique sound.
The JCR Titanium Silenced Race Pipe features the same routing and design as per the non silencer version however add’s in 2x inline bespoke titanium silencers to cut volume overall. Typically we see a reduction of 8/9dB comparing to the non silenced race pipe under a wide range of driving conditions.
Our yet to be released Titanium Valved Race Pipe is coming soon. This is the final product in this range of Race Pipes and will allow owners to control the exhaust volume through use of the factory cabin mounted PSE exhaust button.
With valves open the gasses take the exact same uninterrupted path as per the non silenced race pipe. With valved closed the gasses pass through 2x small diameter bespoke titanium silencers reducing the overall volume to less than that of our Titanium Silenced Race Pipe.
We’re almost ready to launch our Inconel Race Manifold products.
Again, a direct replacement piece which not only saves weight but adds power and torque throughout the rev range.

The exhaust tips are a simple 10 minute install and improve not only the visual impact but also have a positive effect on the sound output of the vehicle by removing the internal step down featured on the OEM exhaust tips and replacing with a thin wall titanium conical design.

Many owners have encountered the issue of noise limits cutting a day short at the local racetrack. We have introduced a number of titanium bolt on silenced exhaust tips to help alleviate this problem and hopefully avoid being told that your car is too loud to continue.
A simple 10 minute swap for factory or aftermarket tips utilising the OEM 3-bolt exhaust flange will reduce dB levels from 2-5dB depending on the version selected.

No problem, it does help to reference our ever expanding exhaust offerings. The above marks (I think) the whole 991 GT3 model exhaust offerings from JCR. A couple more to release as per the thread above but gives a good idea of the broad offerings.
Next up is GT2 RS, 4 exhaust products coming in the next few weeks
I have also added some further sub sections on the website to allow navigation of our products a little more self explanatory
I don’t know if anyone asked about the factory cats, are they left on with any of your different pipes. Also no mention if we need to tune so we don’t get CEL. Really a novice about all of this.
The cats remain unless you go with their headers. All their other stuff is post-cat so no CEL will result.
