GT3 Ownership History

If the car checks out, buy it, however on re-sale expect to have prospective buyers asking the VERY SAME question you are asking right now, except then it would be..."Are 5 buyers on a GT3 too much?"

This isn't some collectors car that needs some meticulous documented history. If it checks out, it's a great deal. Go for it.

I’m surprised at the amount of people here that are scared by multiple owners. I expected that sentinment on a non enthusiast forum.
Enthusiast cars are are not kept for very long, even by non flippers. I loved my GT3, but am likely selling it in less than one year of ownership because my 600LT order is coming in.
Then add in the flippers.
Not to mention people out way too much faith into CarFax. CarFax is actually not that accurate, especially with owners. Often times if you move states, or if you pay off a lien, CarFax will list additional owners even though it’s always been the same person. Not too mention I’ve seen a lot of erroneous mileage figures in CarFax.

I recently purchased out of state from Barrington. Very good experience. With CPO I wouldn’t worry much at all about this car.
Note: They’ve had it for a while.

+1 good luck selling a 5 owner car, you'll have immediately cut your prospective buyer's pool by 75%.

No issue if the car is mechanically sound.
Get the DME readout, drive the car and examine the transmission shifting action. If it is not buttery smooth, walk.
There is no way to miss-shift a PDK (you didn't state transmission type) but on the MT cars you can. The only way a DME readout obtains over revs in regions 3-6 is by a miss shift and all that torque will flow through the Trans bearings.

I just picked up my 991.2 LG RS from them... loved the dealership, my salesperson (Salmaan) loved the GM (Brian) and loved the F&I (Raul), I'd buy from them in a heartbeat! Great dealership!

Thank you. No question the dealership is great. Just trying to wrap my head around the ownership history.
