Default Need some advice

I do not know what compelled me to uncover my car, disconnect charger, and warm her up a bit. Been about 6 weeks and started like a charm but, I guess, I felt I should rotate the tires by taking her around block slowly.

Now- my front driver's side tire low(23 psi). On cold tires rears are at 33 and fronts at 30. I hope not another puncture.

I guess my question is should I take her the next few days to my Dealer( 20 min away) ,have them fill her up, and see if have a leak OR risk putting her away for another 6-8 weeks and She goes flat on me. Just do not want to have to clean her again before covering again because Weather is not ideal but may be able to catch a dry day this week.

Thanks

I would roll the car and look at the tread to see if there is a nail or screw in the tire. If not, could be just a little low pressure combined with the cold temps.

if no obvious puncture or nail, I would put some air in the tire and recheck in the next fee days.

Personally I would use this as an opportunity to purchase the tools needed to remove the center lock wheels if you don't already have them.. Once I had the tools in hand I would jack the car up, put on a jack stand, remove the wheel, and take it to the dealer for inspection/replacement. May be a bit more of hassle than you feel like dealing with at the moment, but having the tools/ability to remove the center locks opens up your options in situations like this. Just my two cents.

Does any one have advice on a decent Tire compressor that is not too expensive and where to buy. I always have the Dealer use Nitrogen but, at least. I can fill up here in garage w/o moving her and see if i lose any air over the next few days. I can always in the Spring have them empty and fill properly

I guess time to buy one

Agree - just add air and see what happens. They will measure about 1 psi low for every 10 degrees colder. Plus the natural slow loss.
An auto parts store will have an inexpensive inflator. Lowe's has better ones. I'd save the one in the trunk for emergencies. Not sure I could wrap the hose back up right!
In a pinch, a bicycle pump will work. And provide a decent workout!

If you have a puncture, the tire pressure will be less each day. Check it each day and you'll get your answer. Not sure you need an air compressor. Its use will be limited.

My GT4 saw 6-8 weeks of inactivity and one of my rear tires drop 6-9 lbs predictably, the others about 2 lbs.

The GT3 has Bridgestones and a 2lb drop in 2 months could be temperature related

This. Plus put a gauge on it first to verify the TPMS reading.

You can buy a small high pressure Nitrogen tank and use this to fill your tires. I use this at the track. My guess is you have a very small leak which could wait for warmer days with a little top off now and then.
