From reading Ichiban's posts I was under the impression that you only get a lot of GT allocations if you sell a lot of civilian cars.

BMW did the same thing w our f10 m5. It drove the resale value to nothing

As if the F10 M5 ever stood a chance of holding its value.

It’s common sense for manufactures to minimize the resale value. It’s one less thing to worry about trying to figure out how to sell you a new car. And they get to maximize the production and earnings. Which in turn drives up company growth and stock value.

The PCA Editions, they're actual Cup Cars right - not an RS w some Cup bits on?

Too much ADM? Those are asking prices. Same as when you list your house for sale, its a start for negotiation. So, bring a checkbook and negotiate for MSRP or even less on any of the 7-9 GT cars and see how far you can go. It can be fun haggling, but only if you are buying!
Agreed 100%, the car I bought was listed at MSRP+20, sat there 3 hours harassing them, got it down to MSRP+2, and just ran out of patience and energy and paid the +2 to take it home. I think more and more guys will be very willing to deal, so no point complaining about ADM listings at this point.

F10 M5's???? Heavy 4 door, high HP sedans are designed to resale to nothing.

Picked up my 18 GT3 in January from Tyler Heinzelmann at Perimeter Porsche in Atlanta. MSRP and one of the best new car experiences I've ever had

Well, everyone was bitching about waiting lists, ADMs and flipping. Cars had high resales.

Everyone wanted to kill waiting lists, ADMs and flipping and PAG cranked up production.

Resale values drop.

Always be be careful what you ask for.

same here, byers never offered me allocation. I ve bought elsewhere. Too many heavy hitters in town that are vip’s and not enough allocations. Their prices are always foolishly inflated. A better sight was several years back they had a bunch of 997 lined up..
