Yes, full leather interior comes with alcantara on the lower dash.

Is this on the 991.1 RS too? I'm looking at car that says it has option code Leather Interior/Black GT Silver/Alcantara. Maybe this isn't the same as full leather.
The lower dash on the drivers side is Alcantara and the passenger side glove box is not Alcantara?

There are interior options that delete the alcantara. The Touring has none. When you check a specific option for the interior open the dialog box which may have more specific details of what is included.
