Epic adventure, excellent photos, you've made my decision to tour my GT3 from the Midwest to Nova Scotia this summer a no brainer. Will be checking off a bucket list item with an HPDE at Watkins Glen along the way. Stay safe, thank you for sharing!

As mentioned, the Alpins do not like 70ies and above much. They will never compare to summer tires in their element. They are, however, amazing in the cold and amazing in the wet! And snow, d'uh.

I will switch back to my Sport Cup 2s in the spring.

I don't have direct experience with the MPSS, but had the Super Sports on my CS and loved them. I assume the MPSS are just better.

Thank you. Yes. Seasucker racks.

Carried bikes all through Europe -- put them on second day of having the car, which was a bit of a leap of faith -- and they really do work. Went through a severe thunderstorm and super high crosswinds in northern Italy and they held beautifully.

Well, I was ready to roll and didn't bring out camera until first stop at Knoxville. ;-)

But to answer your questions MD, DC, VA, TN, AR, TX, NM, AZ, CA...so far.

Re your trip -- do it!

Great idea except stay off I95! Take the road less traveled

Hehe. Yes, my borther is a huge fan, sooo. Got the beer at an auto museum in Texarkana. They have a Bandit Run reunion thing ever so often. Four States Auto Museum. They have a small collection of UK and American things.

Also stopped at Graceland and saw some of the Elvis Presley cars. A Dino, and Benzes, but no Porsches.

Happy I could nudge in the right direction. Nova Scotia sounds epic. Maybe even check out the 2019 Targa Newfounland?

Good tips. Friends in Bend are pushing me to come that far North. If so, Mt. Hood will be a stop.
