The market is softening so flippers are backing out of orders. Good for those that really want the cars for themselves.

People are backing out of deals mostly because they lack financing not because the "flip" value is not there. There is not enough in these deals to make a flip worth it considering the tax paid on the purchase and the gain on the sale.
