2019 GT3RS ???
Im being offered a brand new 2019 gt silver GT3 RS Weissach omg- for ADM $10k premium to msrp includes windshield wheel and tire warranty for 5 years. Any thoughts / experience if this is fair mark up??????
I’m seeing others online for premiums of up to 50k over sticker. Although not the way I would have speced out I still like it. Bummed about that it doesn’t have front axle lift and full leather on dash. Any thoughts on how much colors and specs and options will come Into play for resale in the future on this car specifically?

that is a fair deal, wheel package is probably 3 k on this car , so ADM is less than 10 K , which is good
a lot of cars will come to market in future , but again this could be all over the country , not close to you

Don't worry about leather on dash on RS.. after having owned GT3, I get the sense that next one will be fully spartan all the way through on inside.. it makes no difference.. raw especially on RS is good. The front lift is the longest debate on rennlist, up to you. Try playing the walk-away game saying that without front lift you're too concerned about it not reselling?.. so if that works.
Price overall seems fair though.

why are you worried about future value ? it is not an investment, it is a daily therapy session.... you have an RS available at little markup. Do you want it or not?

Great price .........considering you’re still seeing GT3 prices at 20k which means they will plummet soon, and nice spec too.

Sorry OP but you're getting killed on that car....that is not a $10K markup car....no leather or FAL will kill the value....just PM me the dealer and I'll speak to them for you.....

There are many who saved up for years to afford their dream car. And resale value makes a difference. There are many others who can walk into a showroom and point, "I'll take that in Riviera Blue for no ADM because I bought 19 other Porsches from you."
Anyway for OP, the $10K markup is pretty good considering this is an RS. I paid much more for my "base" GT3 and I'm still happy. I use my front lift somewhat often, most of the time I use it "just in case". It depends on where you drive of course. I suspect for a nicely optioned RS (more rare), folks might overlook not having the lift if they can get the car. I'd probably still get it. You'll be glad to know that (even at dealer prices), the front lip is only about $230. The RS one might be slightly more, I don't remember. That's not bad. You don't even have to paint it.

I have the exact same color minus WP and with black wheels (love thew silvers..), also without FAL, and without large tank, but with full-leather (pet peeve of mine, gotta have it...), also no PCCB's
Also, didn't get to spec it and paid about $5k over what you are being offered considering they are throwing in the tire/wheel warranty...
I would JUMP on it...
It's difficult to find a slot that you can spec or a perfect build and if so then the ADM jumps significantly...
I am not sure PCCB's completely alter the feel of the car, and there are some arguments for irons if you race etc. though not dealing with brake dust is worth $3k to me
The lack of FAL has not been a problem for me driving in town and even going over some garage ramps etc. front doesn't seem to be as low as it was on my ex-GT350 (non-R) but it could be a problem for you depending on city garages etc. Haven't missed the lift a bit so far...
I passed on a perfect spec Chalk RS because it didn't have the leather dash... it's a personal choice. End of the day, you are getting an amazing car with WP at very little ADM and NOW...
All the options when you are driving the car really modulate what is an amazing experience very slightly and in the end you get engrossed in the driving experience. Would insist on the LWB though..
