I have always gone to Marc Bixen (and Pete Zimmermann before him) at Red Line. Exclusively Porsche, and more conveniently located than shops in the valley or south bay.

David at Koncept Motorwurks is as honest and competent as they come. May be a bit far from you but that's my vote.

Marco is as good as they come with the air cooled cars. The best. But i don’t think he works on new Porsches? I’ve never seen one at his shop and i remember years ago he said he didn’t work on them. Maybe that's chanced. I’ve been bribing my air cooled cars to him for a decade and wouldn’t take them anywhere else. But haven’t taken my newer Porsches there.

I had good luck with Mistress in Silverlake. Did the basic items you mention for my GT4.

For now no major service, I put 2,500 miles on my car during ED and as I plan to keep the .2 GT3 for a decade or more, I'm going to do an oil change now, as well as the free one at 10,000. Also want them to flush my brakes and install racing brake fluid so I'm ready for the track. Also just plan to evaluate how they treat me, so I know if I'll come back for something more significant.
I think the first free service 1 year or 10,000 miles if you hit it before the 1 year.- you may want to check

Also - what will racing brake fluid do vs. OEM?? A few years ago my Dealer was offering free upgrade to racing fluid if you had your brakes flushed.

More stable (viscosity, lubricity and non-compressibility) at higher temps.

How is their pricing?
They are only a few miles from me although I have a really hard time taking my car to a place called "Mistress".

EDIT. I just looked at their website and they are CLOSED! Some kind of lawsuit shenanigans. Too bad.

That's a bummer! For the basis fluid services, they were about the same as House Automotive, so not cheap, but enough of a discount from my dealer to make it worth the effort.

I know some folks use Minicorsa in North Hollywood. I had a bad experience with them in the past that keeps me away, but others seem to like them.

Mistress took care of my GT3 this past summer. Unfortunately they've closed/Tom has stepped away due to some bogus lawsuit, which is truly a shame because Tom is a consummate gentleman and I had nothing but good experiences when dealing with his shop.
