Pretty soon, someone will post that if you need a 7 year loan, you can't afford a Porsche. Just watch.

I don't think anyone has ever been a 7-year GT3 owner in the history of Rennlist.

Did you see this recent thread?:

A little older and maybe dated info:

I saw them.

looks like those rates are long gone. There is no 2.74% DCU rates. I just want to double check.

This is not a financial advise thread but rather information search to see what others are getting.

To me it looks like rates have gone up a decent amount recently.

i sort of use penned as the benchmark for good rates, but not best. Last car i financed was in 2014 and how could you not. Penfed was 1.9 and bmw offered a rate of 1.7! Lol
Rates have gone up a lot.

I dont know how DCU had a 2.74 rate, right now its 6.24 for 84 months. I havent seen a 84 month rate (or other terms) as low as penfed.

isn't PenFed loan that limited to <$100k?

BOA gave me 3.69% for 5 years refinance of the scalper rate offered by Porsche Financial Services (dealer agreed to a low ADM on 3RS only if I financed through Porsche)...

I see Delta Community Credit Union at 3.18% for 60 month, 3.68% for 72 months and 4.18% for 84 months. That’s a long time!

Rates are finally getting back to where they belong. The rates the last 10 years have been ridiculously subsidized. None of us would borrow our own money out for less than 5%. Best rate around me is usually Arizona Federal Credit Union. Currently 3.24% for 5 year, 3.74% for 6 year and 4.49% for 7 years. I think their max loan is $100k though. My current deal with my dealer is I have to finance a minimum $50k on the new 3RS with them, but they will match my banks price. Of course, then you have to keep the loan for 3-6 months so they can get their kickback.

Regarding delta community union, it looks like not everyone can join:

https://www.deltacommunitycu.com/per...igibility.aspx

I dont fall under any of those criterias.

Libor has taken 10-15 rate hikes over the last few years, if you want a 2% rate thats almost a point under libor - who would do that?

You could check Woodside Credit; they have long term exotic car financing. I'm using them and I don't really care about paying the larger interest because I'm keeping the car forever and it'll be in my family.

Seems like best 48/60/72 mo rates are mid 3s right now. As others have said due to rate hikes unfortunately
