You can try Xtreme Xperience. I know they have a few 991.1 GT3. The paintless dent guy that I used actually showed me the garage where they are currently parked. He is also an instructor. The only thing is, you won't be able to drive till April 2019.

I found one for rent in my area for $500 per day. I’m going to do it! It’s a 2016, but it’s going to give me a read on LWBS and noise.

Where are you located? That seems like a reasonable price.

Are they for rent or are you just offering your private cars? If so that is extremely generous.

+1, just completed one a couple of weeks ago in Palm Beach. Brilliant chance to test drive all the performance cars/exotics one after the other and judge the 'delta'.

The 991.1 GT3 was noticeably the slowest car (mid 140s max on the straightaways vs mid 150s in just about all others in the fleet), but by far the funnest and most rewarding (most precise track weapon - scalpel vs sledge hammer as some of the others like the Huracan and 458). The most disappointing (relatively speaking) for me personally was the R8 V10, best suited for a cruiser vs a car to take to the track. Pretty stark difference with the Huracan considering they share same engine, tranny, and AWD system.

When i was in Beverly Hills earlier this year, B&W Car Rental had a black GT3RS for rent. 991.1

I rented from them a 488 Spider and a Rolls Royce.

Reasonable rates.
Good service.
Has no dramas with them at all.

Though $30k deposit on the 488. But got it back within hours of returning the car 2 weeks later.
Id say the GT3RS might be similar deposit. OR maybe because im not from US it was more for me.
All in all a good experience.

This may or may not help, but in the past 3 years I went from a 09 997.1 TT w/ M/T, to a 12 997.2 TTS w/ PDK, to a 16 GT3 RS (of course w/ PDK). I also, like you have a 17 Z06/Z07.
While the TT and TTS were phenomenal cars, neither had the edgy feel of my RS. The exhaust note at nearly 9K is absolutely intoxicating...and the PDK in this model is an impressive improvement over the 12 TTS.
If you’re looking for a Porsche that’s edgy, but sure footed and provides a chill at redline, the GT is that car. It truly is a driver’s car. There is a compromise in ride quality, but that’s another factor of my RS I love, as I prefer the ride...and those CF bucket seats are awesome. The overall experience for me is what I’d imagine a Porsche would be every time I’d read a Road & Track, or any of the other mags for the past 4 decades.
You're doing the right thing by driving a GT, but once you do...your next challenge will be finding the right one!
Oh yea, my Z06 is going up for sell this Spring if not sooner...I haven’t driven it in nearly 3 months..,
I’m more than happy to let you drive my RS, although I’m at Emerald Isle, NC.
Best to you!!!
JB

Wow I am always surprised by Rennlist. Who would think somebody from my hometown would pop up. Please send me your info. I’m in Neenah. Would be fun to meet.

Beautiful cars, I love the all black RS. I really like my Z06/Z07 , it is an awesome track car and fairly good on the street too. I’m not sure I can get rid of it if I got a GT3. My biggest issue is that I use the 911 to pick the kiddos up from school. I never viewed myself as a collector but it’s the only bummer with the GT3 and would likely cause me to keep the 09’ TT too.
