Default How to remove fire extinguisher bracket from LWBs?
Anyone done this before I break out my shiney new set of e-sockets and remove the passenger seat?

On my GT4, remove the FE and there are 3 Hex screws holding the bracket to the seat. 2 minutes job, as i put the FE in just for the track.

You do not need to remove the seat. I took mine out the day I took delivery(.2 GT3 RS w/ LWB's). Pull the extinguisher out and get a light in there. It literally took 5 minutes, I think there were 3 hex screws total.

It definitely cleans up the cabin with it removed, and for track days, pretty simple to reinstall.

That part was easy, but how do I remove the bracket under the seat itself?

Does anyone know how to remove this bracket. Doesn’t look like evilfij had his question answered. I also want to know. Dealer said it might be needed to ground electronics to seat (maybe he meant power height?). Does that seem correct?

You have to pull the seat from what I can see. For my purposes, what I did is fine.
