So if it’s a paint quality control issue what are the colors that are being held?

I think it's highly unlikely it's paint. Why just GT cars?

A friend of mine mentioned his E63S was delayed at the port for multiple months due to some type of emission reason/certification..

Just called the 800 number my gt3 touring is on the bishu highway and is still scheduled to be in dealer inventory in mid jan. the rep didn't inspire a ton of confidence but she didn't think i was impacted by the delay.

I think they forgot to put the top speed governor on some GT cars

Paint over carbon or bumper covers? If it's an engine/oil issue then you would think it would affect all cars. I guess it's possible there was a bad batch of some gasket or other part that is mixed into various cars. As of yesterday my car is in production this week showing no delay.

Mine shows no delay in the system...early Jan

I called Porsche and they told me mid June

Champion called the regional rep, they indicated the car is delayed and in system date is wrong

Chatted with my SA today about my car. Seems it was loaded on a truck and the dealer invoiced for the car so he believes there is no delay on it. My RS was on the Goodwood arriving in JAX on 12/8. He hasn't heard anything from Porsche yet on a delay in the system for the cars and he didn't have any other info. When I told him about what we are seeing here, he sounded shocked saying he believes the car will be delivered to the dealer. From here it will be interesting if the dealer will allow delivery or if PCNA will have them hold the car before delivery.

My car went V300 on 12/7. Currently at port of edmon. Still showing early feb delivery. Called the 800 number and they also said early Feb delivery. So maybe just the cars that were produced earlier.... Or maybe it is a Wing issue

Was also wondering if pdk vs manual... my touring apparently not delayed but I will give them a call tomorrow to double check. pcna rep didn't really convince me.

Thanks for sharing # - I called and gave commission number.

Expected in JAX end of Dec/Early Jan on Bishu Hwy. I asked if they see any delays at the port upon arrive in this car and she said no.

Car is a MB WP - painted hood pack.
