My car is just getting to JAX now and my dealer is 4 miles away (not that it makes transport any faster). And as indicated previously, my buddy's RS that arrived on the Goodwood late last week arrived at the same dealer yesterday (at about the same time this thing started). So let's hope for the best.

If it is a batch i would expect some people will get their cars in the coming days. So we need someone to confirm delivery in the next few days. If that happens then we might be able to conclude it is batch related.
Also, if nobody confirms a delivery then we would wonder if a recall is coming. Is this a problem with current production or a discovery of an issue impacting all cars? So getting anyone to confirm delivery of a car might help put the pieces together.

Would be useful if Porsche would just tell everyone what the problem is and which cars are affected instead of treating it at top secret information. It will come out eventually anyway, much better for them and their customers if they're just up front about what's going on.

My GT3 RS arrived in Davisville yesterday and now shows Estimated Arrival at Dealership 4/5/19. Not cool...

Looks like my RS is effected on by this (a total of 364 GT3 & GT3RS cars in total) and the delivery date is pushed out to 4/5/19 instead of late Dec/early Jan. See the information that my SA sent me today.....
PAG has issued a Port Action campaign that affects 364 2018/2019 911 GT3/GT3 RS. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any additional information at this time. This topic is currently being analyzed by PAG with the highest priority.
The only information we have at this time is as follows:
The following has been posted to PPN. A number of affected have already been updated in PVMS; as not all GT’s are affected, please check yours for status. We are working on a communication for customers affected by this action.

The only information we have at this time is as follows:
- All affected vehicles are blocked at our Ports of entry for an additional quality measure per PAG until further notice (most of the affected vehicles are still ON VESSEL at this time)
- All affected vehicles will have comments in PVMS: Estimated Release from Quality Hold – Pending
- An estimated release from quality hold date will be provided as soon as possible and PVMS will be updated accordingly
- An official communication detailing a time-line and additional details is estimated to be provided once received

I'm curious about my car I just picked up for Euro delivery. Just because Porsche released it to me in Europe, i wonder if that means I'm in the clear or if this issue will show up once the car lands at a US port in a few months???
I assume i can call the 800 number with my vin or commission #.
