New Member: Opinion on my 2019 GT3 build
Hey guys, just joined Rennlist. But have been reading/researching for a while as this has been a GREAT source of information which allowed me to narrow my search. In short, I ordered a 2019 GT3 Manual which locks on Monday. Expected delivery is March 2019...let's see. Anyway here is my spec: PK7GCWM3. Feedback welcome.

I like it. Nice clean build. Maybe add carbon mirrors and sills for a nice pop to go with the carbon interior. Maybe visors in Alcantara to keep the roof continuous but overall good job.

I almost went for Black... but I live in the desert and it is even harder to keep it clean here... Anyway, I would make the wheels black to make it all black. I like the carbon mirrors too... I would remove the red color from the dashboard and make it black or gray... but I would keep the chrono in red. ... with that said, you can't go wrong with a GT3 and your spec looks great... Good luck!

You guys have me rethinking the mirrors. Still need to calibrate real world $ to Porsche $.
Yeah I thought about the black wheels but the GTR is already Black/Black. Need to break up the rides somewhat.

Looks great! My personal opinion save the money on the Bose and use towards an exhaust. This isn’t an audiophile car

OP Congratulations on securing a allocation. Very nice build, I would tone down the red on the interior but that’s just me. Your car build it the way you like! Expect the car to arrive early, mine was 30 days early as was my GT4, so plan accordingly. Enjoy your new ride in good health and post pictures when you pick her up.

Do Alcantara visors come with the awful yellow warning stickers? If so are they removable like they are on the plastic visors. First list of items upon delivery of my car was the painstaking process of removing them from the plastic visors.
Agree with swapping the light pk for auto-dimming. PCCBs are a must for me as well.
Congrats OP. You will love it...

Congrats. Clean build. I would suggest swapping the lighting package for the auto dim mirrors. Now if it was me, because I have to have PCCBs, I’d do something like this: PKXXWD16
Just gotta make sure the dealer properly inputs each individual item for the deviated stitching.
