This is the exhaust that, on the surface, seems the perfect option. Do you have a tentative release date other than sometime after January 1, and any thoughts on pricing?

I think I'd be one of first in line honestly.

JC this is a great system and the tone is really what I’m looking for. I posted on your other thread asking if there was an alternative that you offer that would offer similar tone but perhaps not as loud. It sounds like this silenced race pipe that you will be coming out with may be just what I’m looking for. Of your current offerings, which combination of the side bypass and center delete would at least come close to your current race pipe type of sound or is that not even possible. I appreciate you answering all these questions.

I think most all of the systems will have some component of drone. I took the car out today and at least to my ears even the stock system has a bit.

I’m certainly very interested in this silenced race pipe that you mentioned earlier. I’d like to do something this winter so if you can give me some kind of an idea when that might be coming out that would be great.

Releasing early in the new year, testing well under way and we have reduced dB levels from 108dB @ 4000rpm static (Race Pipe) to 99-100dB @ 4000rpm static (Silenced Race Pipe)

Thats a similar story across the board with other RPM and load too, quite a large reduction but still louder than centre bypass and side silencer replacements

We will be sharing dB readings / Dynos in the new year also with a two day test planned to log all possible permutations of JCR & OEM exhaust components building a detailed collection of data

**** man, this exhaust is intense, I set off car alarms in my neighborhood. And it pops in between full throttle shifts (reminiscent of the RSR), I love it hahaha

thank you both for sharing. interested in your impressions of how loud it is when driving around town. I'm really interested in getting one of these, but don't want something obnoxiously loud that will turn heads everywhere

no doubt it's about as loud as it gets. what I'm wondering though is how loud is it when you're just putting around. videos seem to show that it's pretty loud when accelerating lightly, but then it transforms to crazy loud when you go full throttle.
