I've read as many posts as possible and get conflicting information. Does anybody here actually know whether the Speedster will not have it as it is a 991.2 car, or whether it will because it will be produced after September 1st, 2018?
Maybe a dealer has the inside scoop or can clarify the situation. CJ, any definitive information here?

Amazing. If it comes with a PF, I am giving up my allocation. I am sure about 50% of the others that get allocations will ditch them as well. (SARCASM!)

Yes I have my dealers first allocation, something I negotiated a year and a half ago before there was anything other than a guess that Porsche would build another Speedster. Doubtful I would give it up unless PF gets terrible press in between now and ordering next May or June (dealers estimate). I am not buying the Speedster with the intention of a flip so I just want to make sure I will be happy with it. Perhaps too big of a deal is being made of the PF without much data to back up whatever the performance loss may be.

I still am interested in a definitive answer as to yes or no on the PF when some one gets one. It's not 100% clear to me whether being a made for US car will save it as some have said. Either way I can't wait to see the Speedster up on the configurator.

My dealer still has zero idea how many they are getting and who is getting one. Is that even possible this late in the game? 992 is out and nobody knows who is getting a speedster?
