I think you are referring to the 991.1RS removable screens and not the GT4? I think on the .1RS there was something totally blocking the fender vents, but you could remove them to get more front downforce? On the .2RS it has already been removed and there is always airflow.

so just to be clear; adjusting the wing fully downward and removing the front wheel air dams is the maximum downforce setting? Thanks in advance. Orthojoe, if you can please post some pics of wing adjustment, thanks!

Yes. I believe so. There are 4 settings for the wing. I have it on the lowest 'notch' in this pic. Factory is at the highest notch

Thanks so much. Most of the tracks I run are not high speed monsters, MidOhio has that long back straight, but I could use all the downforce possible to make up for my inept driving. However, the factory settings probably helped me at Spa on the Kimmel Straight on ED 2 months ago! Thanks again

Pretty much everywhere except Daytona, more downforce is more better.
