In fact, I can't fathom anyone buying a new German car (or Volvo) without it...

With the 992, ED will be even easier as there is a factory option for a clear bra (I usually just applied temporary traq wrap for ED until now)
I had this fantasy that I'd never drive my GT3 in the rain. I blew that one the first day I had the car I also did not know Porsche would hook you up with snow tires. Live and learn. Next time.

In the GT3 Touring thread there is one in Agate Grey with the same wheels. I agree it looks great.

I didn't sleep for a week prior to delivery, thinking I may have gotten it wrong! But out on the road it looks fantastic.

My Touring was built just about a year ago and I would have loved to do ED, but didn't want to deal with winter over there. You're making me regret that...
Yes they did, real easy no third parties involved. The original wheel/tires will be mounted before shipping the vehicle. There will be a delta between engine mileage and tire mileage!
ED in the GT3 was a wonderful experience, my wife got to enjoy a Spa on Lake Garda and I got to enjoy a week of high speed Autobahn and Autostrada driving plus a few mountain passes!

Didn't get to Como but if it's anything like Garda, what a treat!
I'm glad I now know where Powerslide Lover hands out now! Wild dude.

Having done the factory tour I can tell you most of the vehicles sit outside the factory, on the property, and in the rain - certainly while I was there!

It's not a bad look! Turbo S wheels do sit in from the rear wheel arch, compared to the std wheel.

Damn right! The Autostrada and Autobahn are perfect for high speed commutes.
