I saw a few during ED, sorry didn't take any pics as I was more focused on my car. However, you will NOT be disappointed. MB with WP looks absolutely stunning, made me question my choice of LG, its that good. I saw all the colors, for wow factor- LG, MB and GR looked amazing. For subtle just kicka** and don't care about color, GT Silver with black wheels was a bad *****. Congrats

Does anyone think the clear carbon hood (808) WP will make a return, or is it likely finished for good? I'm assuming the issue was getting a clean weave from that supplier, so Porsche just decided to paint over.

I’d keep checking. My original build had it, I change the color and a bunch of other things, and the 808wp rejected. So I configured with the 909 instead. Heard of a few ppl here that got it and tried again, and it accepted. This was maybe a week after mine rejected. Now it’s rejecting again. I hear the story is parts shortage. Who knows. But I think it will be allowed again in small batches here and there. Just opinion.

We still don't have word on the exposed carbon hoods, for those of us that have not received them. We also have no word on the carbon steering wheel. The Mg wheels were originally estimated to Feb '19 but this is unlikely. At this point the only thing I am a bit concerned about is the WP hood as they did promise this to us but have delivered other later builds with the hood but not others.

For those that have had their .2 GT3 RS WP delivered, did you get the steering wheel trim in Carbon? My WP .2 GT3RS came with everything in the WP package except the Carbon trim for the steering wheel, which was my most important part of the WP package, as I get to see it while driving, everything else WP is visible while not driving or not paying attention while driving.

My exposed CF hood arrived a week ago - looks killer
The car was delivered in july with no CF parts for the steering wheel, my dealer says that this will arrive in Q2 -19. Now it's only the crest sticker and transparent film protection left to be done.

I'd be tempted to leave the crest sticker off that beauty. It looks so clean without it. Not sure I could or would personally do it, but damn that hood looks good without it.

Received my .2 GT2 RS with the WP carbon hood November, but did not receive the carbon fiber steering wheel trim. No word from my dealer as to ETA of the carbon fiber steering wheel.
