PDK differences between Gt3 .1 vs Gt3.1RS ?
I notice some PDK differences on my 2015 GT3.1. and my 2016 GT3.1 RS .
The RS slips more before clutch engages at Start .
The RS Clicks {Metallic } as it shifts from gear to gear heard from outside the car.
Both cars are very low miles and non abused.
Anybody able to explain this
Thx

I don't know whether there are any differences between GT3 and GT3RS PDK specs but what I do know is that initial PDK clutch adjustment can alter, with time and use, and that Porsche have a calibration routine that fixes it. On my cooking GT3, at only 5,000 miles, I noticed that the clutch suddenly seemed to slip more before engaging drive - instead of engaging at, say, 1000rpm on a gentle throttle to drive-away, it had moved to around 1300rpm. Took it to my local dealer, asked about the calibration process and - hey presto - two hours later (mainly diagnostics/PIWIS work) the car is back to how it was - and much nicer for it too.
So it may be that your RS just needs the PDK calibration routine carrying out?

Had both cars and there is a huge difference! 15 GT3, now 16 GT3RS. The RS has to be revved to engage, almost as if the parking brake is on. Very noticeable difference pulling out of garage and at stop lights. Wonder sometimes if I'm still in park. Once engaged all is well, but as a point of interest my local dealer said he hates to move the RS's around in the showroom, because of the significant difference in clutch engagement.
