Already spoken for, I corresponded with Tyler this morning and someone already bought it, I was ready to purchase and give them my credit card, I agree with all the comments for everyone complaining you can’t get one for MSRP this was a fair and honest deal, this is a good spec for me I like sofas mainly for street use and ceramics for street
I remember when I bought my GT2, I spent approximately 20 seconds to make the decision and pulled the trigger, in cases like this you have to act k if you want it

i belive it goes something like this. car has iron brakes and the comments are “if only it had PCCB, I’d be all over it”
if the car has ceramics- “if only it had iron brakes I’d be all over it.”
if sofas- if only it had LWBS, I’d be all over it.
if it had buckets- “if only it had sofas, I’d be all over it.
in other words- there is always an excuse not to buy but plenty of reasons to complain about the people who constantly buy and sell.

Yep--that's what I would be looking for. This is great for someone who doesn't plan to track, though.
So good to hear about a stand-up, scrupulous dealer for a change. We should reward dealers like this with as much business as possible!
Sorry to hear about the original customer's fire. Nice to hear stories about good guys like you, though.
678 area code so it's either Perimeter or Hennessy in Georgia. Both are solid dealers. I bought my GT4 from Perimeter and it was a great experience. They even found me a configurable GT3 at MSRP several months ago, but I regretfully opted not to take it.
I would guess the customer opted not to take the car and now it's available. And they sell new with no ADM. CPO is different for sure, but they have been very straightforward with new GT cars.

+1 for Tyler and Perimeter Porsche. If I was shopping I wouldn't pass this up. It may not have buckets but it's still a very nicely optioned car, imo. Perimeter does right by their customers from my experience. We have a couple great Porsche dealerships here. Carrara White Metallic is not my favorite white but it's still cool.

Unfortunately the car sold but the good news it went to a true enthusiast.
The car was available for sale because it was a very loyal customer who ordered the car new, but fell into an unfortunate event a few weeks ago. His home was consumed in a fire as well as a few cars, so he has too much on his plate.
We decided it was only fair to release the car at MSRP for any enthusiast as a one time special.
I have three 991.2 GT3 available that will not be MSRP but happy to work a great deal on.
